This area, to the right of the patio, is really a tough one for me. I'm
not sure what I want!
This version shows a bunch of flowers between the A/C unit
and my window--a fun perennial bed. The flowers are
"representative"--not what would actually go there.
The rose shrub closest to the patio would need a trellis.
This pictures takes a slightly different approach. It
has grasses between the patio and the A/C unit, two small trees (or shaped
shrubs) in the back, and then low(er) flowers in front. The bushes
under the window would be evergreen--probably some form of boxwood.
I was just being silly with this one--I prefer trees and
shrubs in their natural shapes and a more "crowded" sort of look. I do
sort of like the idea of having a small tree there, though.
